Photos Section Added

posted on february 17, 2004, tag: site

Massachusetts, February 2004

I've finally added a photos section to this site, after months and months of meaning to but never actually doing it. The first book of photos is from this past weekend when Katia and I drove up to Massachusetts for snowboarding and to visit our friend Shannon from high school.

I didn't take any pictures of snowboarding because I still fall too much to bring my camera with me, but I think next time I might be ready. This book is mostly photos of the drive up and the drive back, and Shannon's house in between.

Nice. I like the photos. I miss having a camera. I sold mine. I wish I hadnt. Bah!

Ooh, just noticed that the rollovers in your navigation column are misaligned on all of your pages except the individual entry pages. Don't know why. I like to be unhelpful.

Paige—Yeah, yeah, we're jerks. Maybe if you called once in a while we would know that you were still there...

snowman—Thanks.

James—Do you mean the sidebar? And do you mean in IE6? If so, yes, I know about this. It's due to IE's stupid handling of absolute widths. I've not gotten around to a real fix yet.

James on 02/18/2004:

Exactly what I meant, and exactly how I feel about that shit piece of software. I wish there was some lovely site called IE6 CSS Doctor or something where the good people of Microsoft would be forced to sit around and answer everyone's questions on why their perfectly good site design doesn't work in Windows.

Paige on 02/19/2004:

Yes because I am the only one out of you, Katia and myself who has a phone or, ya know, fingers with which to dial.

Garrett on 02/19/2004:

Exactly.
